Sprint Octathalon
The Sprint Octathalon is for those people who are seriously into lifting heavy weights. This course has short distances, low numbers of repetitions but has the heaviest weights. Only the few with the right body type should attempt this course.

STEP UPS 20 reps with 25kg 20 reps with 15kg
SIT UPS 20 reps 20 reps
ROW 250 meters 250 meters
BENCH PRESS 10 reps 80kg 10 reps 45 kg
RUN 100m on 10% 100m on 10%
SHOULDER PRESS 10 reps 50kg 10 reps 30kg

In this pairs event partners must do either the 1st Duo, 2nd Duo, 3rd Duo or 4th Duo and each must do 2 of the Duo's. The waiting partner must be tagged / touched before they can start their next Duo and they must wait on the exercise station for their partner to do that.
